Muscles are forever

The title of this post is taken from Scooby's work out site, and it had a profound impact on me. I had thought that if you stop working out, in a few days/months time all your muscles are gonna get melted out or something. But it doesn't, it would be really really slow gradual process and I am sure when you start seeing it (I am sure it won't happen to you, if you do regular workouts - atleast 30 - 40 mins for two days, a week) just make sure you stick to your fitness regime.

And moreover once you start enjoying the benefits of good health and strength, I am sure there is no way you are gonna slow this down.
