New IRC servers

Note that I came across a another cool irc server, related to linux and technology, namely
irc.oftc.net So from now on, if I came across new IRC servers, it would posted as comments to this post.

Readers of this blog, are welcome to post thier favorite IRC servers too as comments to this post.
